My Story
I started DFW Business Bookkeeping because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners spending their evenings drowning in receipts and spreadsheets instead of doing the work they love. That’s not why anyone starts a business.
I’m a self-taught bookkeeper with a genuine passion for clean, organized finances. I’ve spent a lot of time learning the craft - how transactions flow, how to set up systems that actually hold up month to month, and how to translate raw numbers into something a business owner can actually use. DFW Business Bookkeeping is where I put that to work.
How I Work
I take a straightforward approach: get to know your business, set up clean systems, and maintain them consistently. Every client gets my direct attention - no handoffs, no outsourcing.
QuickBooks Online is my primary platform and where I do my best work - from initial setup to ongoing monthly maintenance. If you’re already on QuickBooks or looking to get started with it, we’re a great fit. If you’re using something else, reach out and we can talk through what makes sense.

Beyond the Books
When I’m not reconciling accounts, I’m:
- Spending time with my family. I’ve been married for 10 years and have 4 kids, ages 8 and under.
- My background is in software & technology, so I enjoy some weekend coding.
- My wife runs a wedding coordinating business, if you need help with a wedding.
- I’ve been a member of Arlington Central Church for over 8 years.
- And I’m also a member of the Arlington Sunrise Rotary Club.
